It’s fun when I get to put my video making knowledge to the test! Cafe Cairo is a NEW Food Truck that is passionate about serving their unique and flavorful cuisines to their Twin Cities friends! Starting in June I received the opportunity to be the marketing leader for the brand new Cafe Cairo food truck. It's only been a couple weeks, and I have learned so much. It's safe to say that I am looking forward to the rest of summer!
